Note to Self

Dear Self,

Staying up until midnight means that you will have a long day. Don't stay up till midnight any more.

Turn off the computer. Don't delve into deep conversations at 10 PM.
Read a book. Cuddle under the quilt.

Be ready to sleep at 10 PM.

It will help your days go better.


PS By the time you can write the post you have been marinating over all day, you will also be too tired for that and will write something frivolous reminding yourself not to get too tired.
