What can I say? It has been dreary and gray and rainy here. I've been staying up too late for an early morning walk. We've been out of the house, or trying to catch up from being away from home. It isn't working.
Both the not walking and the trying to catch up aren't working. We haven't gotten out yet today, but I have determined that we will walk this afternoon. It is after all nature walk Wednesday. While our rhythm has been very, very off lately, we must claim the moments of "normal" when we can.
Hopefully, Abigail and Simon will start sleeping normally again. And that would be a great start.
